SIPA chairs and tables are tested by qualified test laboratories such as CATAS, one of the main European institutes in the area of wood and furniture, according to the strict Ansi-Bifma protocol, to check on their ruggedness and durability also in intensive and prolonged conditions of use.

S.I.P.A. snc was created in 1974 by the founders Francesco and Paolo Chiappo, with a speciality in the production of solid wood panel. To this day, the core business stays the same. The agency focuses on the production and sales of its products to satisfy the direct requests from the local clients at first, then national and international clients as well.

Now the agency doesn’t only focus on the production of half-processed products but on the design, production and sales of tables, seats and stools presented even at the “Salone del Mobile” event in Milan.
Through the years loads of new production sites were realized and the technology was kept at a high standard.

SIPA to this day is a family business.
